Graduated in Administrative Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the University of Parthenope in Naples, Antonio has been the co-founder of several companies (Prestitalia S.p.A., Cesaweb S.p.A., G&G Holding S.r.l., and Innovaway S.p.A.), gaining over twenty years of solid experience in the Financial and Information Technology sectors. He has also launched startups in various market segments including Real Estate, Food, and Hospitality.

Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Innovaway, he has been appointed Board Member of the ICT Section of the Industrial Union of Naples.
He is also President of the ITS-ICT Foundation, High Technology for Information and Communication “Campania Hitech & Communication”, and Board Member of the Sbarro Health Research Organization.

Antonio has a strong ability to read and interpret market trends at both national and international levels.
He possesses excellent skills in planning, implementation, and integration of Innovaway’s strategic direction within the organization.

He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and has over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector. In 2017, he joined the management team at Innovaway.
Previously, he worked at Fastweb, supporting large and complex organizations—both public and private—on projects involving Digital Transformation, Cloud Transformation, and Cybersecurity, with a specific focus on critical infrastructure. Before joining Fastweb, he worked in consulting firms: he served as Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, leading the IT Strategy area, and as Vice President at Capgemini in the Consulting Business Unit, where he was responsible for the Public Sector.

He has managed major projects involving the implementation of IT solutions and the alignment of organizational structures and processes for large clients, primarily in the energy, transportation, and public sectors.

Gabriele has strong analytical skills and expertise in evaluating corporate performance.
He contributes to the definition of strategic business policies and drives business development through M&A operations defined by the Innovaway Group.

She began her professional career in consulting with Butera & Partners, contributing to a feasibility study for the creation of a web portal for Public Administration executives.

She continued her professional development at Romeo Gestioni S.p.A., where she participated in the drafting of several tender projects, including a proposal for a Consip S.p.A. call for bids regarding global service management consulting for public sector real estate.

In 2013, she joined Innovaway as Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting the leadership in managing Institutional Relations.

Since 2016, she has embarked on a new professional journey as a consultant, bringing over 20 years of expertise and a methodical approach to support organizations in their growth and innovation initiatives.

Luigi supports the CEO and Top Management in all legal matters and ensures that corporate actions comply with relevant regulatory frameworks.

He previously served as Head of the Legal Department for leading companies specializing in salary-backed loan services (cessione del quinto).

In this role, he was responsible for managing both legal and corporate governance matters, as well as overseeing post-sale activities, including the development of internal procedures and operational manuals to ensure compliance and efficiency.
