Innovaway expands its ICT capabilities for the financial services sector

Innovaway S.p.A. has completed the acquisition of the Banking & Insurance division of Olisistem Start, a strategic move that strengthens its position in the ICT services market for the banking and insurance industries. The acquired Business Unit includes over 300 employees across Turin, Milan, Rome, and Naples, with annual revenues exceeding €15 million, and specializes in IT infrastructure support and value-added customer management services.

Following this acquisition, Innovaway aims to reach a consolidated revenue of €50 million in 2020 and continues to diversify its offering through external growth and the expansion of specialized services tailored to financial institutions.
