Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Benevento and across Campania in seizing opportunities tied to technology transfer and innovation: this is the goal behind the new memorandum of understanding between the ASI Consortium for the industrial development area of Benevento and Innovaway Consulting, a company within the Innovaway Group that operates globally with digital transformation projects and services.
Through this agreement, Innovaway will provide local businesses with services and expertise for technology transfer and will also initiate guidance programs with the University aimed at potential hiring within the group or with partner companies.
“The ASI Consortium of Benevento is actively implementing the Ben Hub Infrastructure Project— a territorial network for promoting and disseminating innovation via a local business incubation and acceleration system,” said ASI President Luigi Barone.
“This agreement carries great value for the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the region and aligns with the vision of the Italian PNRR,” said Innovaway Group CEO Antonio Giacomini. “Our aim is to help move innovation from university research labs to the market, supporting the competitiveness of our SMEs.”
The Mayor of Benevento, Clemente Mastella, emphasized: “Innovaway’s decision to invest in Benevento is a major opportunity for the region. Thanks to the group’s strength in Italy and abroad, I believe this will generate key opportunities for technology transfer and career paths for graduates of the University of Sannio.”
