Innovaway S.p.A., a company specialized in providing ICT services, is looking to expand its internal team by hiring a Junior System Administrator.

The resource will be trained to perform troubleshooting and incident management on Windows-based workstations.

The resource will specifically be responsible for:

• Installing and configuring necessary operating systems, software, and management tools as required by the client

• Managing updates for company systems

• Identifying and resolving non-conformities at the hardware/software level

• Optimizing system performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Help Desk Agent

• Knowledge of main network applications

• English proficiency at C1 level
