Innovaway S.p.A., a company operating in the IT sector, is looking for a Linux / Microsoft System Administrator to expand its team, with a full remote (smart working) option.

Position:

The resource will be responsible for providing system support for the design, configuration, and tuning of operating systems.

Requirements:

Knowledge in the following areas of system administration:

• Administration and management of operating systems, installation, configuration, customization/tuning, and management of UNIX operating systems (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX), major open-source operating systems (Linux distributions such as SUSE, Red Hat, Mandrake, Debian, etc.), and Microsoft operating systems, including in cluster configuration.

• Customization of system files (e.g., password, group, hosts)

• Management of startup and shutdown procedures

The following certifications or proven in-depth knowledge are required:

• SuSE, Red Hat, or other certification in a Linux distribution

• Microsoft server and database (MCSE, MCSM)
