Just days ago, Innovaway finalized the acquisition of the business unit from Olisistem Start, a company known for providing IT services and business process outsourcing to Intesa Sanpaolo and other leading financial institutions in Italy and internationally.
This acquisition concludes a complex operation that preserved jobs for all 300+ employees. The effort to safeguard employment gained support not only from national unions but also from institutional authorities and the Archbishop of Turin, Cesare Nosiglia.
Over the past 24 months, Innovaway has successfully integrated the acquired unit into its multi-location service delivery model, offering greater flexibility, adaptability to client needs, and a high level of operational resilience. Services are now provided not only from the original locations in Turin, Milan, and Rome, but also from Naples and the newly established office in Benevento, which is expected to experience significant growth.
