The roundtable “Innovating: Italy’s 5.0 Prospects in the World” was recently held in the prestigious “Caduti di Nassirya” Hall of the Italian Senate, promoted by Senator Manfredi Potenti. The event was moderated by Massimo Lucidi, President of the E-Novation Foundation, and strongly supported by Cavaliere Riccardo Di Matteo, President of Sinergitaly.
“A great opportunity for institutional dialogue among representatives of established companies, startups, and academic spin-offs—all united by a shared focus on continuous innovation and social responsibility,” declared Riccardo Di Matteo, President of Sinergitaly.
Massimo Lucidi emphasized the mission of the E-Novation Foundation to promote a uniquely Italian model of excellence and sustainability, stating:
“We see cohesive small and micro-enterprises—innovative, sustainable, and resilient—as the best example of how Italy competes globally through values and creativity.”
Senator Potenti concluded:
“The stories presented through these associations reflect the entire country. There is no longer a North or South divide—just territories and organizations that stand out through innovation.”
The event confirmed Italy’s growing global relevance in Industry 5.0, where technological innovation meets social cohesion, cultural heritage, and sustainable enterprise models.
