Innovaway continues its strategic growth by expanding into the digital transformation of Public Administration (PA). The company has announced the acquisition of the PA division of Archidata, a longstanding Italian consulting firm known for its technical support services for public bodies—particularly in managing structural funds efficiently and with high quality.
This acquisition is aligned with Innovaway’s goal of reengineering and standardizing administrative processes, reinforcing its presence as a leader in smart government solutions.
The move follows Innovaway’s previous acquisition—made during the height of the COVID-19 emergency—of the Banking & Insurance division of Olisistem Start, a Business Unit with over 300 employees and revenue exceeding €15 million, specialized in IT infrastructure support and value-added customer management services.
With offices in Milan, Turin, Rome, Naples, Bari, Catanzaro, Cosenza, and Tirana (Albania), Innovaway expects to close the year with an aggregated turnover of approximately €50 million, driven by the diversification of its service portfolio for the banking, insurance, and public administration sectors. The strategy involves both organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
In the Public Sector IT Services market, Innovaway already serves prominent institutions including the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and the Italian State Printing Works and Mint (Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato).
“With these acquisitions,” said Antonio Giacomini, CEO of Innovaway,
“we are consolidating our position as a leading ICT service group. The acquisition targets a particularly innovative business area focused on the reengineering and standardization of administrative processes.”
This strategic investment strengthens Innovaway’s role in delivering AI-powered back office services, intelligent workflow automation, and digital experience revamps across smart BPO services and public sector digital transformation.
