Lumify, the new diagnostic device donated by Innovaway, has been operational for several days in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of Santobono Pausilipon Hospital in Naples. Innovaway, a leading digital transformation company headquartered in Naples, operates globally with cutting-edge ICT services and solutions.
The official donation ceremony took place today. The company chose to support the largest pediatric hospital in Southern Italy to further enhance the quality of diagnostics and care for young patients from across the region.
“The PICU at Santobono,” said Flavia Matrisciano, Director of Fondazione Santobono, and Dr. Geremia Zito Marinosci, Head of Pediatric Resuscitation, “is a high-intensity care unit that treats both critically ill patients and children with chronic degenerative diseases such as SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). These children are also assisted through an innovative telemedicine program. Access to cutting-edge medical technology is essential.”
