Naples, May 2025 — The Italian ICT group Innovaway is taking a decisive step toward internationalization in the retail sector. The company has signed a strategic partnership with Koel Retail Technology (KRT), a Belgian firm specialized in retail automation solutions.
For Innovaway, the agreement “further strengthens the vertical service management offering at a global level of the retail & luxury market unit,” which includes key capabilities such as multilingual help desks, on-site international support, and a portfolio of solutions fully aligned with the digital retail experience.
The Italian group is now “decisively aiming for expansion into Northern Europe and the United Kingdom, and the upcoming opening of a new office in the Netherlands.”
With over 20 years of experience in the Benelux region, Koel Retail Technologies brings a strong client base including Nike, Hilfiger, Converse, and G-Star. In addition to technology deployment, the company also manages storage and logistics, preparing products in its own warehouses before delivering and installing them in retail locations.
“Together with Innovaway,” KRT stated in an official note, “we will be able to offer a retailer a 360-degree solution.”
This alliance positions Innovaway to provide end-to-end retail technology services, including intelligent workflow automation, AI-powered support platforms, and digital-first service models—all vital as global retailers seek agile partners capable of delivering consistent performance across physical and digital channels.
