Innovaway Group, a leader in the field of digital transformation, has been awarded Lot 9 of the Consip public tender for multibrand software supply, maintenance, and related services to the Italian Public Administration (PA). The contract, which has a base value of €30 million (with an additional €7.5 million ceiling), establishes Innovaway as the next official distributor of HCL Software products for public institutions.

This strategic milestone reinforces the Group’s positioning as a trusted IT partner for innovation in government.

Contract Scope and Strategic Impact

The awarded contract includes:

• Supply of HCL Software products
• Renewal of existing license maintenance
• Delivery of associated IT services

The 12-month agreement will start upon the completion of the currently active convention. This win not only affirms Innovaway’s deep expertise in enterprise IT, but also expands its portfolio to serve key national digital transformation goals, particularly those accelerated by Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
