Solomax is an innovative platform designed to improve healthcare in the field of cardiovascular diseases. Developed with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development, through the Sustainable Growth Fund - Life Sciences application sector, and co-financed by the European Commission and other public and private entities, Solomax (which stands for Social Network of MedicAl EXperiences) represents a significant step forward in the digitalization of healthcare.

Solomax aims to improve the management of cardiovascular diseases through advanced technologies and an integrated network of services. It is not just a technological platform but an ecosystem that facilitates collaboration and reduces distances between patients, caregivers, and doctors, promoting shared management of conditions and effective communication. The platform is the result of close collaboration between Innovaway, the University of Salerno (UNISA), Ericsson, Beyond, and Clinica Minerva.

Specifically, Innovaway, a company specializing in digital innovation based in Naples, as the project leader, coordinated the development of the portal that integrates advanced features such as televisits, telemedicine, telemonitoring, and a cardio Symptom Checker, appointment management, social networking, blog therapy, chat management, and sharing with specialist doctors from other fields. The platform also manages therapies (including nutrition, physical activity, and medication intake). This tool, developed in collaboration with the Department of Medicine at UNISA, enables patients to complete a specific cardiovascular symptom quiz, facilitating the diagnostic process.
