For Innovaway, creating a favorable ecosystem for digitalization is the main tool to foster economic growth. We are aware that we are facing a historic turning point: digital transformation will rapidly change the paradigms of services and business models. We must equip ourselves to face new challenges,” began Antonio Giacomini, CEO of the Innovaway Group.

“About a year after our establishment in Benevento, the numbers show that our investment strategy in a high-potential area is on the right track. This step for Innovaway means not only expanding our presence across various markets, but also increasing our production capacity, improving performance, and enhancing our offer through specialization and variety. Our goal is to facilitate digital transformation to boost business competitiveness. The interest shown by both institutional and private stakeholders, and the fruitful relationship with the University of Sannio, can have a significant impact on the local production, social, and employment ecosystem. We believe in a ‘responsible digitalization’ that places people and territory at the center.”

In 2022, more than 70 people were hired, and over 100 new hires are planned by the end of 2023. These are just some of the growth figures for the Benevento office of Innovaway Consulting, part of the Innovaway Group, which operates globally with digital transformation projects and services.

The new location was inaugurated today in the presence of Luigi Barone, President of the Asi Consortium of Ponte Valentino, and Clemente Mastella, Mayor of Benevento. The Group, with over 1,000 employees and €50M in aggregate revenue, delivers innovative ICT solutions and services, developed with cutting-edge technologies. Innovaway supports over 150 clients across 200 countries, spanning industry, finance, retail, luxury, transport, services, and public sector.

Antonio Burinato, General Manager of Innovaway, emphasized:
“We deliver remote support services, digital transformation solutions, and end-to-end IT implementations. Over the past five years, our revenue has nearly tripled, proving our ability to anticipate market trends. We’ve been active in Albania for nearly ten years and have offices in Naples, Milan, Rome, and Turin. We’re also opening a hub in Bulgaria to support both growth in Italy and expansion into the US and Central Europe—two highly promising regions.”

“Our Benevento presence is a strategic part of our distributed service delivery model, planned for long-term success. We are hiring IT profiles for our development factory and competence centers, as well as language-skilled candidates for our international services. We’re also seeking talent interested in facing the challenges of remote services and BPO in banking and insurance.”
Open positions are listed on the Innovaway website and applicants can send CVs to [email protected].

Luigi Barone, President of the Asi Consortium, added:
“We’ve long promoted innovation via our local business incubation and acceleration system. Our agreement with Innovaway brings together multidisciplinary, technological skills to boost local business competitiveness and increase job opportunities for young people in the area. The initiative aligns fully with the PNRR vision and helps move innovation from university labs to the market, supporting SME growth.”

Mayor Clemente Mastella concluded:
“The presence of a company like Innovaway in Benevento shows that even technology firms recognize the value of our region. We have all the assets needed to become a true innovation hub. It’s crucial that local leadership understands today’s signals to build a future we can lead—not one that leads us. Innovaway’s arrival confirms that Benevento has one foot in the future.”
