The IT gurus, undisputed leaders in the global scientific community, will gather in Naples for EACSL 2024, the European Association for Computer Science Logic’s annual conference, which will be held from February 20 to 23, 2024, at the University of Naples Federico II's Conference Center.

For the first time together, the most cited experts in the world: Moshe Y. Vardi, Georg Gotlob, Marta Kwiatkowska, followed by Barbara Konig and Balder ten Cate.

The event will be hosted by Rector Matteo Lorito and Prof. Aniello Murano of the University of Naples Federico II, the event organizer, along with Prof. Alexandra Silva. "I am truly honored," said Prof. Murano, "and grateful to the great minds who will be attending for their exceptional scientific contributions." The true revolution brought by these scientists lies in applying logic symbolism to computer science, through mathematical formulas.

Thanks to this insight, any computer program can be translated into mathematical formulas. Hundreds of researchers from 35 countries will present their scientific works. The program is packed with appointments and workshops. CSL'24 will coincide with the 12th International Workshop on Fixed Points in Computer Science (FICS'24), which will take place on February 19-20, also at the Conference Center. This will be followed by the Logic Mentoring Workshop (LMW'24) on February 23.
